We care about all our patients and want to be able to be there for them when they need us. That is why we are announcing a new, no extra charge, service to all our clients who want to take advantage of it.
If you are feeling ill, have mobility issues, want to avoid exposure to other people in our lobby for any reason, Curbside Check-In will allow you to wait in the comfort of your car or leave and come back while we treat your pet. When scheduling your appointment, if desired, please request Curbside service. When you arrive for your appointment, please call us to let us know you are in the parking lot and we will send an employee outside to your car to get your pet. If you do not have a cell phone to call with when you arrive, please let us know what make, model, and color of the car to look for at your appointment time when you schedule it. We will try our best to identify you from our front office. All cats must be in carriers and all dogs must be handle-able and on leashes.
When using Curbside Check-In, we can take care of all treatment plans, authorizations, and payments over the phone. At check out, we will have an employee bring your pet out to your car for you.
If you are feeling ill, please let us know that before we meet you at your car so we can take extra precautions to protect ourselves and the rest of our staff and clients. That will allow us to be able to help more of our patients who need us.
We would like all our clients to know that while we have always made sure our hospital is clean and sanitary for our patients and clients. Due to recent events, we have increased our daily cleaning routines to combat the spread of any disease. This includes cleaning any frequently touched areas several times a day such as door handles, check out areas, bathrooms, benches, chairs, etc.
